About the Housing Resource Center

The Housing Resource Center (HRC) is the hub of DASH’s efforts to prevent homelessness among domestic violence survivors. We assist survivors in completing housing applications, obtaining safety transfers, navigating the public housing system, and making connections to community services. Survivors can conduct housing searches in our computer lab and work one-on-one with Housing Specialists.

Our weekly walk-in Domestic Violence Resource Clinic has shifted to a call-in clinic during COVID-19. We are here for you and are available to continue providing safe housing resources, safety planning, and connections to community resources.

To reach our Advocates, please call us at 202-290-2356 ext. 101. We are here to help: Monday through Friday / 9:00am to 5:00pm.
