Koube Ngaaje
Koube is a visionary leader, awarded the Excellence in Chief Executive Leadership Award by the Center for NonProfit Excellence in 2021 and the Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025. Since 2017, she has expanded DASH’s budget from $3.1M to $8.5M, strengthened its infrastructure, and earned national recognition for survivor-centered innovations. As the former Chief Operating Officer at the Arlington Food Assistance Center, she led a 300% service expansion. A champion for housing and racial justice, Koube’s advocacy has also helped secure $19.1M for DC victim services since 2022. She holds an MA in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University and a BA in Psychology from Baylor University.
Alexandra Hallen

Alexandra (Alex) is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of delivery in challenging reform environments and complex policy areas, including disability, homelessness, domestic and family violence, and vulnerable children and families. For more than a decade, she worked in leadership roles for the New South Wales (NSW) Department of Family and Community Services in Sydney, Australia. More recently, she worked as an organizational development consultant before joining DASH in 2022. She has a BA in Psychology from Macquarie University (Australia) and an MSc in Management from Colorado State University Global.
Olubunmi Akinkuowo
DASH Portfolios: Programs and Business Operations
Olubunmi (Bunmi) is a licensed clinical social worker with almost 20 years of experience serving vulnerable children, women, and families in the child welfare sector. For the majority of her career, she has served as the chief administrator for various child welfare programs, including Unaccompanied Children’s programs for grantees and subgrantees with DHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). She is an alumna of the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington’s Future Executive Directors Fellowship (2014-2015). Bunmi joined DASH in 2023, after five years of serving as the Executive Director of a nonprofit with operations in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Amon Wilkes
Amon Wilkes is a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman, where he brings extensive experience in investment management and financial strategy. Previously, he held leadership roles as Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments and Senior Research Analyst at Gabelli Asset Management.
Since joining the DASH Board in 2021, Amon has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s financial stewardship and strategic growth, first as Treasurer and now as Board Chair. He is committed to ensuring DASH’s long-term sustainability and expanding its impact for survivors. Beyond his professional expertise, he is passionate about expanding educational opportunities for underserved students and has volunteered with the Ferocious Readers Center for Struggling and Dyslexic Students and Beyond the Boroughs, an organization dedicated to increasing access to higher education through scholarships.
Amon holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Arts in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beth Skorochod
Beth Skorochod is the Managing Director at Conversation Nation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing wildlife
conservation. She is a recognized expert in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and the design of inclusive
approaches to international development and social innovation.
Beth joined the DASH Board in 2021 and, as Board Secretary, plays a critical role in strengthening governance
and strategic decision-making. She brings a deep understanding of communications, advocacy, and systems
change, having previously served as a Communications and Advocacy Consultant at UNICEF and the National
Emergency Response Council on HIV/AIDS, where she led high-impact initiatives to drive policy change and
global awareness.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University and a Master of Public Health in Health
Communication from Johns Hopkins University. She has also completed advanced training in design thinking at
the Stanford Design School.
Allison Blotzer
Allison Blotzer is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of financial strategy and operations for globally recognized organizations. With extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and organizational transformation, she has successfully guided institutions through complex financial transitions and implemented systems to enhance fiscal oversight and accountability.
Her expertise includes federal financial regulations, including OMB circulars, GAO policies, and FAR compliance, ensuring responsible stewardship of public and private funds. A mission-driven leader, Allison is committed to everaging financial strategy to advance organizational impact.She joined the DASH Board of Directors in January 2025, bringing her strategic financial leadership to support the organization’s long-term sustainability and growth.
Allison holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
