Director, Advancement

The Director, Advancement plays a key role in developing and implementing the strategic direction and execution of all fundraising and communications activities. This role is central to cultivating and fostering relationships, particularly with individual donors, and supporting DASH’s fundraising and advocacy efforts to drive the organization’s mission and impact. The Director ensures that fundraising initiatives, communications, and donor engagement are aligned to advance DASH’s priorities and strengthen its community presence.

Director, Community Housing Programs

The Director, Community Housing Programs (CHPs) is a senior management position responsible for providing strategic and problem-solving oversight, supporting the design and implementation of DASH’s program services for the Empowerment Project (EP), Project Empowerment (PE), and Right to Dream (RTD), and developing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of DASH’s programs and services.

Associate Director, Residential Programs

The Associate Director, Residential Programs oversees the operations and service delivery of DASH’s Cornerstone Program, including the Emergency Housing Units. This role supervises a team of four staff members, providing coaching and hands-on support for complex cases. The Associate Director serves as the first escalation point for day-to-day challenges and assists with crisis intervention and conflict resolution. In partnership with Program leadership, the Associate Director ensures budget compliance, program adherence to grant agreements and organizational policies, and accurate data capture and reporting.

Manager, Intake

The Manager, Intake oversees the operations and service delivery of DASH’s Intake team, including co-location at the Virginia Williams Family Resource Center (VWFRC), Domestic Violence Resource Clinic, and the delivery of supports through DASH’s Survivor Resilience Fund (SRF) and Safe Nights Fund (SNF). The position supervises a team of three staff, providing coaching as well as hands-on support for complex cases. The Manager, Intake also serves as the first escalation point for day-to-day problems or concerns and assists with conflict resolution. The Manager, Intake works with program leadership to ensure budget compliance, program adherence to grant agreements and organizational policies and procedures, and proper program data capture and reporting.

Bilingual Community Coach & Systems Navigator

[Note. This position has a bilingual requirement] The Community Coach & Systems Navigator provides intensive advocacy, systems navigation, and support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their children in our Empowerment Project (EP), Project Empowerment (PE), and Right to Dream (RTD) Programs. The Community Coach & Systems Navigator works in partnership with participants to create safety plans, identify goals, create plans of action, and track their progress towards goal achievement. In addition, the position develops and maintains relationships with community partners, researches and identifies resources useful to participants, and assists participants in navigating social services systems. The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Associate Director, Community Housing Programs (CHPs) and Director, CHPs to ensure proper documentation for disbursing DASH’s resources to program participants.
