Director, Advancement
The Director, Advancement plays a key role in developing and implementing the strategic direction and execution of all fundraising and communications activities. This role is central to cultivating and fostering relationships, particularly with individual donors, and supporting DASH’s fundraising and advocacy efforts to drive the organization’s mission and impact. The Director ensures that fundraising initiatives, communications, and donor engagement are aligned to advance DASH’s priorities and strengthen its community presence.
Director, Community Housing Programs
The Director, Community Housing Programs (CHPs) is a senior management position responsible for providing strategic and problem-solving oversight, supporting the design and implementation of DASH’s program services for the Empowerment Project (EP), Project Empowerment (PE), and Right to Dream (RTD), and developing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of DASH’s programs and services.
Integrated Wellness Clinician (2 positions)
The Integrated Wellness Clinicians provide trauma-informed clinical oversight and direct behavioral health services within DASH’s Programs portfolio. These roles support the mental and emotional wellness of program participants by ensuring high-quality, survivor-centered clinical care and coordination. The Integrated Wellness Clinicians offer both clinical supervision to DASH’s direct service staff and therapeutic support directly to participants, with a focus on promoting recovery, stability, and long-term well-being.
Economic Advancement Specialist (Residential Programs)
The Economic Advancement Specialists (EAS) plays a vital role in promoting economic stability and mobility for participants in DASH’s housing programs. Working directly with program participants and as part of the DASH Care Team, the EAS focuses on economic empowerment through employment readiness, financial literacy, behavior change, and educational advancement. This role offers individualized support to survivors as they set and achieve goals related to employment, income growth, and long-term financial security.
