Population Served: Survivors of domestic violence and their families.
Services: Permanent housing; case management; access to educational and employment specialist; support groups.
Admission Process: All referrals are completed through the CAHP (Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement) process.
Eligibility Requirements: Homeless unaccompanied adult women (18 years or older); may possess a history of a substance use disorder, may possess minor mental health diagnoses (medication compliant and independent), and/or minor medical disabilities.

Population Served: Women Living With Chronic Illness
Services: Long term housing to meet needs of women living with HIV/AIDS
Admission Process: Must be referred by an outside social service agency, a telephone screening will be conducted with the referring agency as well as a face-to-face interview with the prospective resident(s).
Eligibility Requirements: Chronically homeless single adult women (18 years or older) who are battling chronic illnesses and who are recognized as head of household.
