Permanent housing; case management; access to educational and employment specialist; support groups.

Admissions process

All referrals are completed through the CAHP (Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement) process.

Eligibility requirements

Homeless unaccompanied adult women (18 years or older); may possess a history of a substance use disorder, may possess minor mental health diagnoses (medication compliant and independent), and/or minor medical disabilities.
